Case One: A virologically suppressed 31-year-old man on antiretroviral therapy (ART) and multidrug-resistant (MDR)-TB treatment presented with mild COVID-19 and was hospitalised for 10 days of clinical monitoring, despite being clinically stable with normal baseline inflammatory markers.

Aim: The primary purpose of this study is to determine the attitudes that final-year medical students at the University of Pretoria (UP) hold about recreational and medicinal use of cannabis, as well as determining if they feel they are being adequately trained in this regard.
