Optical coherence tomography (OCT), with a higher signal-to-noise ratio and the ability to distinguish plaque components, can display the true condition of bifurcation lesions without overlapping or shortening and achieve detailed visualization of vascular structures, which is superior to those of other imaging modalities. Three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of OCT images (3D-OCT) helps to gain a more informed understanding of the geometry and morphology of bifurcation lesions and provide additive information on plaque distribution.

However, unexplained variation in the validation analysis was present, and misalignments between the simulated movement patterns of fall armyworm populations and the haplotype ratios at several locations, especially in the northeastern US and Canada, have been reported.
Methods: Using an expanded dataset extending into Canada, we assess the consistency of haplotype patterns that relate overwintered origins of fall armyworm populations to hypothesized dispersal trajectories in North America and compare the geographic distribution of these patterns with previous model projections.

Methods: Patients who underwent a single-stent KBI for a bifurcation lesion and had OCT images at the timing of the rewiring, at the post-procedure, and at the 9-month follow-up were extracted from the 3D-OCT Bifurcation Registry, which is a multicenter-prospective registry of patients with a percutaneous coronary intervention for a bifurcation lesion under OCT guidance. The SBOA was measured by dedicated software, and the rewiring position at the side-branch ostium after crossover stenting was assessed by three-dimensional-optical coherence tomography (3D-OCT).
