Objective: This research compares the clinical outcomes of gingival depigmentation procedures with conventional scalpel, ceramic trimmer bur, and diode laser techniques.
Materials And Methods: Twenty-four individuals with physiologic gingival hyperpigmentation received random allocation to one of three treatment groups: scalpel, ceramic bur, or diode laser. Pain score, operation time, bleeding index, degree of epithelialization, wound healing, Dummett-Gupta Oral Pigmentation Index (DOPI), and Takashi Index score changes were all investigated at different time points.
Aim Of The Study: The aim of the study was to compare the clinical outcomes, radiometric indices (antigonial index and mental index) before and after nonsurgical treatment of chronic periodontitis in postmenopausal osteoporotic women receiving alendronate (ALN) and Lepidium sativum either singly or combined.
Materials And Methods: The study was conducted on 45 postmenopausal osteoporotic women with chronic periodontitis. The study population was divided randomly and equally into three groups: A, B and C (15 patients each).

Purpose: A restricted mouth opening (MO) is predominantly a complication of maxillofacial trauma in pediatric patients and develops in 4 to 26.2% of cases. The purpose of the present study was to quantitatively investigate the influence of patient demographic data, fracture characteristics, and regular vigorous physiotherapy, with either voluntary or forcible MO exercises, on the recovery of a post-traumatic restricted MO in pediatric patients.

Methods: Twenty female and male adult orthodontic patients with an age range of 19 to 29 years and suffering from bimaxillary protrusion recommended for first premolars extraction were randomly assigned to one of two groups: The test group was treated with a closed technique of corticotomy -facilitated orthodontics using a piezoelectric device and guided by cone beam radiography. The control group was treated with conventional orthodontic treatment.
