Aim: The aim of this study is to compare semilunar vestibular incision technique with pouch and tunnel technique in combination with A-PRF and L-PRF for treatment of Miller's class I and II multiple gingival recessions.
Method: This is a randomized, controlled, double-blinded, split mouth study which consists of 16 systemically healthy patients with 96 sites and a mean age of 34.2 years, and divided randomly into 2 groups, Group A consists of semilunar vestibular incision technique sandwiched with A-PRF and L-PRF and Group B consists of Pouch and tunnel technique sandwiched with A-PRF and L-PRF.
Laser-assisted new attachment procedure (LANAP) is a new protocol that has been proposed for the treatment of periodontitis. However, there is little evidence regarding the rate of revascularization and the clinical efficacy of LANAP over conventional periodontal therapies. Hence, this study is done to evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of LANAP vs Excisional new attachment procedure (ENAP) and also to assess the blood flow in both the techniques using ultrasound Doppler flowmetry.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of adjunctive use of PDT with scaling and root planing as compared with SRP alone in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.
Subjects And Methods: Twenty participants with chronic periodontitis having probing pocket depths (PDs) of ≥5 mm were selected for the study.
Background And Objectives: Curcumin is a naturally occurring anti-inflammatory agent with various biologic and medicinal properties. Its therapeutic applications have been studied in a variety of conditions, but only few studies have evaluated the efficacy of curcumin as local drug delivery agent and in the treatment of periodontitis. The present study was to evaluate the efficacy of the adjunctive use of curcumin with scaling/root planing as compared with scaling/root planing alone in the treatment of the chronic periodontitis.

Therefore, the present research was undertaken to study the additional benefits of PRF when used along with coronally advanced flap (CAF).
Materials And Methods: Total of 15 systemically healthy subjects presenting bilateral isolated Miller's class I and II recession were enrolled into the study.
