Article Synopsis
  • * A total of 67 patients (31 males, 36 females) were assessed over 6-24 months using clinical evaluations and MRI, revealing differences in treatment resistance based on injury location.
  • * Findings indicate that patients with both medial femoral condyle and tibial plateau involvement were less responsive to treatment, and existing intra-articular pathologies often contributed to continued pain despite resolution of bone marrow oedema.
