- The study investigates the effects of testosterone therapy (TT) on men with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), aiming to see if it can slow down disease progression.
- A systematic review analyzed 9 studies, including randomized and non-randomized trials, which showed that TT consistently reduced liver steatosis and fibrosis compared to no treatment.
