[Fixed drug eruption : about 13 cases].

Aim: To discuss, through a retrospective study, the epidemiological and clinical aspects and the causative agents of fixed drug eruption.

Methods: Thirteen cases were collected retrospectively during 11 years. There were 10 females and 3 males with a mean age of 44 years.

[Brooke-Spiegler syndrome].

Brooke Spiegler syndrome is a rare genodermatosis characterized by an association of multiple trichoepitheliomas and cylindromas, sometimes accompanied by other adnexal tumors (spiradenoma, mila), we report two family cases of Brooke Spiegler syndrome. In the first case: a 31 years-old woman, with multiple trichoepitheliomas involving in the naso-genal areas, with multiple cylindromas of the scalp. The second case regarding the brother: 37 years-old, presented with multiple trichoepitheliomas of the face, associated with milia.

[Xeroderma pigmentosum. Cutaneous, ocular, and neurologic abnormalities in 49 Tunisian cases].

This is a retrospective study about 49 cases of xeroderma pigmentosum (XP). The goal was to determine the clinical features of XP in Tunisia. Our study revealed the predominance of a moderate form.
