Two stability-indicating methods, namely densitometric TLC and derivative spectrophotometry for the determination of the fluoroquinolone antibacterials lomefloxacin (Lfx), moxifloxacin (Mfx), and sparfloxacin (Sfx) in the presence of their acid degrades are described.
