To understand the effects of nitrogen deposition on element cycling and nutrient limitation status in forest ecosystems, we examined the effects of nitrogen deposition on the stoichiometric characteristics of forest soil-microbial-extracellular enzymes in forest. We conducted a field experiment with control (CK, 0 g N·m·a), low nitrogen (LN, 10 g N·m·a), medium nitrogen (MN, 20 g N·m·a) and high nitrogen (HN, 25 g N·m·a) since 2019. We collected soil samples (0-5 cm, 5-10 cm and 10-20 cm) at September 2022, and measured the contents of soil organic, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus (MBC, MBN, MBP) and the activities of C, N, and P acquisition enzymes.

Methods: We conducted a multicenter, prospective, open-label, randomized trial in China involving patients with acute large-vessel occlusion in the anterior circulation and an Alberta Stroke Program Early Computed Tomography Score of 3 to 5 (range, 0 to 10, with lower values indicating larger infarction) or an infarct-core volume of 70 to 100 ml. Patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio within 24 hours from the time they were last known to be well to undergo endovascular therapy and receive medical management or to receive medical management alone.

Efficient recovery of nitrous oxide (NO) through heterotrophic denitrification with the help of Fe(II)EDTA-NO as a chelating agent has been regarded as an ideal technology to treat nitric oxide (NO)-rich flue gas. In this study, an integrated NO-based biological denitrification model was developed to describe the sequential reduction of the NO fixed in Fe(II)EDTA-NO with organic carbon as the electron donor. Methods: A total of 1015 subjects were selected from the ANGEL-ACT registry (Endovascular Treatment Key Technique and Emergency Work Flow Improvement of Acute Ischemic Stroke)-a prospective consecutive cohort of acute large vessel occlusion patients undergoing endovascular treatment at 111 hospitals in China between November 2017 and March 2019-and divided into large artery atherosclerosis (n=538) and cardioembolism (n=477) according to the Trial of ORG 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment criteria.
