Voluntary Attention Assessing Tests in Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders Using Eye Tracking.

The development of techniques for assessing cognitive functions using eye tracking is particularly important for children with developmental disabilities. In this paper, we present pilot results from the validation of two methods for assessing voluntary attention based on eye tracking. The study involved 80 children aged 3 to 8 years with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Structural, magnetic and electronic properties of Fe1+xGa2-xO4 nanoparticles synthesized by the combustion method.

The combustion method was used to prepare a precursor powder of an iron-gallium oxide compound which was further heat-treated in order to obtain a set of Fe1+xGa2-xO4 nanoparticles. All samples have a cubic spinel-type structure (space group Fd3[combining macron]m) and the particle size varies from 1.8 to 28.

In situ synthesis and characterization of magnetic nanoparticles in shells of biodegradable polyelectrolyte microcapsules.

Hollow microcapsules with the shell composed of biodegradable polyelectrolytes modified with the maghemite nanoparticles were fabricated by in situ synthesis. The nanoparticles were synthesized from the iron salt and the base directly on the capsule shells prepared by "layer by layer" technique. An average diameter of the capsule was about 6.

[A comparative assessment of modern suture materials in stomach resection].

Results of stomach resection by Bilrot-II in 30 experimental animals and 369 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers were analyzed. Gastroenteroanastomoses were created with various sutures: capron, polysorb, titanium clips. Pneumopression, bacteriologic and morphologic examinations of anastomosis, fibroesophagogastroduodeno- and intestinoscopy, peripheral computed electrogastroenterography were used.
