Background: Currently, male infertility represents a serious disease burden worldwide, and China is one of the most affected countries. The aim of this study was to examine the evolution of the disease burden of male infertility in China during the period 1990-2021 and to project the trend for 2022-2036.

Methods: By screening and processing data from the Global Burden of Disease 2021, this study obtained data on the prevalence, disability-adjusted life years and corresponding rates and age-standardised rates of male infertility between 1990 and 2021.

Background: Co-inhibition of immune checkpoints lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG-3) and PD-1 is believed to enhance cancer immunotherapy through synergistic effects. Herein, we evaluate the safety and efficacy of IBI110 (anti-LAG-3 antibody) with sintilimab (an anti-PD-1 antibody) in Chinese patients with advanced solid tumors.

Methods: In this open-label phase I study, phase Ia dose escalation of IBI110 monotherapy and phase Ib combination dose escalation of IBI110 plus sintilimab were conducted in patients with advanced solid tumors.

Background: Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is recommended for patients with KMT2A-rearranged (KMT2A-r) leukemia whereas relapse remains high. We aimed to determine whether intensified conditioning containing decitabine (Dec) could reduce relapse compared with standard myeloablative conditioning in adult patients with KMT2A-r leukemia.

Methods: We performed a multicenter retrospective study at seven institutions in China.

Mammalian reproduction requires that nursing mothers transfer large amounts of calcium to their offspring through milk. Meeting this demand requires the activation of a brain-breast-bone circuit during lactation that coordinates changes in systemic hormones, dietary calcium intake, skeletal turnover, and calcium transport into milk. Classically, increased bone resorption via increased parathyroid hormone-related protein and low estrogen levels is the main source of calcium for milk production during lactation.

Objective: To identify neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs)-related molecular clusters and establish a novel gene signature for predicting biochemical recurrence in prostate cancer (PCa).

Methods: The transcriptome and clinicaldata of PCa sampleswere obtained from The TCGA and GEO databases. To identify NET-related molecular clusters, consensus clustering analyses were performed.
