The routing of medical evacuation of patients with ruptures of cerebral aneurysms from remote out-of-the-way rural area.

The patients with aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) living in remote, inaccessible, rural areas cannot be provided with urgent neurosurgical care on the spot. They require medical evacuation (ME) to neurosurgical hospital. The purpose of the study was to investigate effect of complex (multi-stage) and simple (one-stage) logistic scheme of ME of patients in acute period of aSAH on the outcome of the disease.

The Aim: This article analyzes the health status indicators of adolescent population of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia), including the dynamics of the disease, including socially conditioned diseases, disability and mortality among the teenage population.

This system is responsible for development of gestation and delivery dominant. The work with pregnant woman it is necessary to create atmosphere of trusting, emotional support by persuading her in positive outcome of pregnancy and thereby decreasing level of fear.
