Of practical interest is the larger number of indices the aggregate of which makes it possible not only to evaluate the severity of an abnormality, but also to choose a surgical treatment option that is optimal for the given foot. The authors' review of the most actual characteristics of a foot X-ray image does not substitute for more complex studies (computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging), but it completely meets the requirements of current surgery of the anterior foot.

Tissue samplings, hairs and daily urine were comparatively analyzed, by the example of using the low-friction hip arthroplasty by comochrome friction Protasu-21WF, for the content of microelements (ME) belonging to the hip endoprosthesis. We found that MEs (Co, Cr, Mo) are mostly discharged during the first year of endoprosthesis utilization, after which, a regular reduction of concentrations was noted.
