The results of various methods of duodenoscopic interventions on the terminal choledochus in 261 patients with papilla stenosis and choledocholithiasis were analysed. Endoscopic papillosphincterotomy by the cannulation method was performed in 107 patients, endoscopic papillosphincterotomy with preincision of the major duodenal papilla in 31, and endoscopic suprapapillary choledochoduodenostomy in 123 patients. The performance of various methods of duodenoscopic interventions according to indications made it possible to increase the possibility of conducting the operation to 98% and its efficacy to 95%.
