[Clinical use of lantus (glargin insulin) in Moscow endocrinological service: analysis of efficiency and safety].

The paper presents the results of clinical use ofglargin insulin (Lantus) in the work of the Moscow endocrinological service. It gives an assessment of the effectiveness, safety, and satisfaction with treatment for diabetes mellitus (DM). The data on a follow-up of patients receiving Lantus as basal insulin in real clinical practice are shown.
