Homologous animal cell product was obtained in protocol developed for female BALB/c mice. Dendritic cell (DC) migration from the injection site into the draining lymph nodes was evaluated. The number of DC labeled with carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester (CFSE) in draining lymph nodes increased from 5.

Administration and study of human autologous dendritic cell vaccine to immunocompetent animals are not adequate in terms of immunological compatibility. It is possible to use immunocompromised, knockout, or transgenic animals or to obtain a homologous cellular product, namely, a preparation based on animal cells using a technology similar to obtaining the original preparation for clinical practice in humans.

Selank was injected intraperitoneally in doses of 80, 250 and 750 μg/kg 15 min before stress exposure. Chronic restraint stress led to a decrease in the content of obligate microflora, while the content of opportunistic microorganisms increased.

Material And Methods: The program covered 100 patients aged 19 to 25 years from 7 regions of the Russian Federation, who had had DM onset at the age of 9-13 years, were using human recombinant insulins as continuous insulin therapy, and had glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels of 7 to 9%. The main inclusion criterion was switching to insulin therapy with the human insulin analogues Lantus and Apidra.
Recently, the share of children with verified neonatal hepatitis induced by genetic predisposition, malformations of biliary tracts, inborn infections with affection of hepatobiliary system increased. The comprehensive biochemical examination of 62 children aged from 1.5 months to 2 years old with diagnosis of neonatal hepatitis.
