We compared the clinical features of pyelonephritis at children with primary pyelonephritis and congenital hydronephrosis. Bacterial inflammation was dominated symptom at the children with primary bacterial pyelonephritis, whereas children with hydronephrosis had low-grade clinical changes and significant renal functional impairment.
