Birth of a healthy boy after fertilization of cryopreserved oocytes with cryopreserved testicular spermatozoa from a man with nonmosaic Klinefelter syndrome.

Objective: To report the first birth with frozen spermatozoa and frozen oocytes in a case of nonmosaic Klinefelter syndrome.

Design: Case report.

Setting: Private IVF clinics and a university hospital.

[Surgical therapy in high-risk patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma].

Personal experience with 100 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma surgically treated in 1983-87 revealed a significant link between grading, myometrial infiltration and lymph node involvement. This finding forms the basis for the creation of a special classification system used in selecting the therapeutic approach, the aim being to avoid radical surgery in those patients considered "high risk" due to their poor cardiovascular or metabolic condition or obesity, while ensuring that the appropriate treatment is given.

Disordered sympathetic reactivity in menstrual migraine. A cardiopressor and biochemical evaluation.

Sympathetic reactivity in patients suffering from menstrual migraine has been evaluated by means of blood pressure, heart rate and catecholamine monitoring during the tilt-table test performed either in the follicular or in the luteal phase of menstrual cycle. A sympathoadrenal activation mainly described by increased plasma epinephrine levels, has been documented in menstrual migraine not only during the luteal period but also in the early phases of migraine attacks. On the other hand, the interval phases seem to be characterized by a sympathetic chronic hypofunction.

[Cancer of the cervix uteri in pregnancy: surgical treatment with conservation of the ovaries. Clinical case].

Authors report the case of 32 years old pregnant woman, who at the VI month of pregnancy developed an invasive carcinoma of the cervix uteri. It is hypothesized that surgical therapy according to Weirtheim-Meigs, without bilateral ovariectomy, consent the conservation of the reproductive function in the young women thought the development of the artificial insemination technics.
