Objective: The aim was to study the impact of predictors on the duration of inpatient treatment of MI patients.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We copied data of 462 inpatient medical records of myocardial infarction patients who underwent hospital treatment by different methods (coronary artery stenting, thrombolytic therapy, conventional drug therapy). We determined basic predictors and duration of inpatient treatment of MI patients.

Aims - to identify features of availability of health staff, facilities and equipment in healthcare, to examine the current state and changes in the number of health facilities and medical staff in health care systems in the countries of the world and in Ukraine. The study uses current global health statistics by WHO and World Bank as well as data on healthcare resources by Center for Medical Statistics of Ukraine for the year 2017. It analyzes and compares availability and use of some healthcare resources in Ukraine and Top 10 countries in the WHO Ranking.

Cardiovascular diseases rank first by prevalence in Ukraine; it is this pathology that largely causes the unfavourable demographics, affecting the duration and quality of life of the population. Our objective was to study the dynamics of prevalence and morbidity for cardiovascular diseases in Ukraine by regions for the years 1996-2014, and to forecast their change by 2025. Epidemiological, demographic, and statistical methods were used in the research.
