Objective: This study describes knowledge change, self-assessed confidence in providing integrative medicine approach, and respondents' perspective on value and feasibility for the Integrative Medicine in Residency-Psychiatry (IMR-Psychiatry) curriculum, a 100-h elective offered during psychiatry training.

Methods: Residents/fellows completed pre-post Medical Knowledge tests and self-assessment instruments tracking self-rated confidence. Participants were also interviewed for feedback about their experience using a semi-structured design after completion of the program.

Aim: This study aimed to compare the bond strength of AH Plus sealer to root canal dentin when used with or without various antibiotics including amoxicillin, clindamycin, and triple antibiotic mixture (TAM).

Materials And Methods: A total of 80 single-rooted extracted human teeth were instrumented and obturated with gutta-percha and four different sealer-antibiotic combinations ( = 20). Group I: AH Plus without any antibiotics, Group II: AH Plus with amoxicillin, Group III: AH Plus with clindamycin, and Group IV: AH Plus with TAM.

A new hexanuclear Zn(II) complex with the ligand 2,2'-(piperazine-1,4-diyl)bis(ethan-1-amine), [LZn(OH)][ClO]·3MeOH·7HO, was synthesized. The crystal structure of this complex showed that each Zn atom is in a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment, surrounded by two nitrogen atoms from each ligand and two hydroxide groups, each of which bridges to another Zn atom. The anticancer activities of the ligand and its metal complex against the breast cancer cell line (MCF-7) indicated that the zinc complex had a greater anticancer activity.

Among the various biochemical and biophysical inducers for neural regeneration, electrical stimulation (ES) has recently attracted considerable attention as an efficient means to induce neuronal differentiation in tissue engineering approaches. The aim of this in vitro study was to develop a nanofibrous scaffold that enables ES-mediated neuronal differentiation in the absence of exogenous soluble inducers. A nanofibrous scaffold composed of polycaprolactone (PCL), poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), and single-walled nanotubes (SWNTs) was fabricated via electrospinning and its physicochemical properties were investigated.
