The use of dissimilar progressives in the management of presbyopia.

The management of anisophoria with bifocal spectacle correction has always presented a challenging refractive problem. Historically, practitioners have used dissimilar bifocal segments or bicentric grinding to neutralize induced vertical imbalance.
