Background: PF-06952229 is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) receptor 1. We evaluated its antitumor activity in preclinical studies and its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in a phase I study (NCT03685591).

Introduction The term cyclops lesion refers to localized anterior fibrosis, which is the abnormal proliferation of fibrous tissue in a joint that develops in the anterior aspect of the intercondylar notch. It is a known cause of extension loss of the knee after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction; however, it can be found in patients who have not undergone any surgical repair of the ACL. The term "cyclops lesion" was given based on the arthroscopic appearance of the fibrous nodule and vessels that resemble an eye.

Background: Congenital pericardial absence is an uncommon cardiac anomaly that is typically asymptomatic and commonly misdiagnosed due to a lack of symptoms or atypical symptoms. Pericardial agenesis (PA) should be considered one of the differential diagnoses when the patient presents with chest pain. This case shows how the diagnosis of pericardial agenesis is made exclusively using multi-modality imaging, starting from findings in a basic chest radiograph to cardiac MRI, while also demonstrating the classic signs seen in this condition.

Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO) is a rarely reported autoimmune inflammatory condition affecting children and young adults. The typical complaint is recurrent severe bone pain at multiple sites; often imaging suggests features of osteomyelitis or malignancy. However, the biopsy is always negative for any growth in culture and histopathology detects only inflammatory cells.
