[The food habits of women as a factor of development of maternal obesity].

The article presents the results of analysis of diet habits of women in the Stavropol Krai. The study was carried out using single-stage structured interview quantitative survey. The respondent was guaranteed anonymity and the purpose of survey was explained.

[Differential diagnosis of pathogenetic types of cerebral ischemic infarctions].

The paper provides a literature review of the differential diagnosis of pathogenetic types of cerebral infarction. It presents a number of features of ischemic strokes characteristic of both cerebrovascular diseases and other nosological entities (tumors, diseases of blood, heart, liver, kidneys, and various other organs). The analysis revealed the leading morphological components characteristic of the main pathogenetic types of cerebral infarctions in the group of cerebrovascular diseases (atherothrombotic, cardioembolic, lacunar, hemodynamic, and hemorheological ones), and of other nosological entities with acute ischemic stroke.

[Some features of the postmortal diagnosis of hemorrhagic strokes as a type of cerebrovascular disease].

A review of the literature on intracerebral hemorrhages is given. The purpose of the work is to systematize morphological characters that make it possible to differentiate intracranial hemorrhages of various origins. A number of features of hemorrhagic strokes characteristic of cerebrovascular diseases and other nosologies are presented.

Trichodysplasia spinulosa: Case reports and review of literature.

Trichodysplasia spinulosa (TS) is a rare skin condition caused by trichodysplasia spinulosa-associated polyomavirus (TSPyV). It affects immunosuppressed patients, and <50 cases have been reported. The majority of these cases are seen in solid organ transplant recipients.

[Study of heat shock protein gene 70 (HSP70) expression and its polymorphous marker (+ 1267A> G) in women under exposure to a long-term stress.].

There was studied the HSP70 gene and its polymorphic marker + 1267A> G (rs754888705) in the HSP70 gene expression in32 women under long-term stress, which was caused by inpatient treatment of their oncologic child. A control group included 25 women without long-term stress factors. There was studied a correlation between the expression level of the HSP70 gene in women and their high blood pressure (BP) episodes.
