Objectives: Explore a newly defined composite measure of symptom progression for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) in a large, randomized study of a potential disease-modifying osteoarthritis drug (DMOAD).

Design: Using longitudinal KOA studies, a potential composite endpoint of time to symptom progression was defined as the first occurrence of worsening of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) Pain of ≥10 points with no improvement (≤9 point decrease) in WOMAC Function (0-100 scale). A post hoc analysis explored discrimination and association with structural outcomes in the sprifermin FORWARD trial through Years 3 and 5.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming haematology reporting by improving accuracy, standardisation, and speed, addressing the need for timely and precise diagnostics. This study explores the use of the AI100 (SigTuple Technologies Private Limited, Bangalore, India) automated machine, a smart robotic microscope designed to automate the microscopic analysis of peripheral blood smears. Through the analysis of four haematology cases, this study demonstrates how AI technology facilitates efficient cell identification, enhances risk stratification, enables early detection of abnormalities, and accelerates diagnostic turnaround times.

Background: Modified Bishop score (MBS) and cervical length determination by transvaginal sonography (TVS) are the two methods for predicting successful vaginal delivery based on pre-induction favourability of the cervix.

Aims And Objectives: This study compared both methods for predicting successful vaginal delivery. The primary objective was to compare the predictive value of MBS and TVS in predicting successful induction of labor.

Density functional investigation of intramolecular triel (Tr) bonding present in di-nuclear aryl complexes of group 13 elements having general formula [(Tr)Me(2,6-(X)CHO)] (Tr = B, Al, Ga, In & Tl and X = OMe, OEt, OH, OPh, NH, SH, Cl, F) has been performed. Conclusive evidence of the concurrent two σ-hole interaction has been provided by analysis of the Tr bond length, interaction energy (Δ), second order perturbation energy (), charge transfer (Δ), quantum theory of atom in molecules (QTAIM) and noncovalent interaction (NCI) plots for 12 complexes. The Tr bond length in the optimized geometry varies from 2.
