Wound healing is an intricate process involving biological alterations in cellular integrity. Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) includes special features that speed up tissue regeneration and wound healing. The objective of this review is to examine the outcomes of photobiomodulation therapy in terms of healing.

The process of direct and strong anchoring of an implant due to the surrounding bone tissue growing around it is called osseointegration.

Adequate amounts of both hydrophilic and lipophilic vitamins are required for maintaining normal cardiac and vascular function, but their deficiencies can contribute to cardiovascular abnormalities. In this regard, a deficiency in the lipophilic vitamins, such as vitamins A, D, and E, as well as in the hydrophilic vitamins, such as vitamin C and B, has been associated with suboptimal cardiovascular function, whereas additional intakes have been suggested to reduce the risk of atherosclerosis, hypertension, ischemic heart disease, arrhythmias, and heart failure.

Since cardiac hypertrophy is invariably associated with heart failure, it is possible that the loss of -AR mechanisms in failing heart occurs due to hypertrophic process. In this regard, we have reviewed the information from a rat model of adaptive cardiac hypertrophy and maladaptive hypertrophy at 4 and 24 weeks after inducing pressure overload as well as adaptive cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure at 4 and 24 weeks after inducing volume overload, respectively.
