The practice of fluoroscopy during pediatric endoscopic kidney stone procedures requires attention because of radiation concerns that demand new treatment methods. This study aimed to present the multicentric results of single guide wire flexible ureterorenoscopy (URS) and retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) procedures without fluoroscopy and an ureteral access sheath (UAS) in treating kidney stones in pediatric patients. Moreover, we aim to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this procedure to ascertain the feasibility of this radiation-free therapeutic intervention for treating kidney stones in children.

Materials And Methods: A total of 34 male patients with prostate cancer and with a mean age of 64.2 ± 4.
Purpose: Recent studies indicate that circulating micro RNAs (miRNAs) are novel class of non-invasive biomarkers with diagnostic and prognostic information. We evaluated the miRNA expressions in bladder cancer (BC) and their associations with disease diagnosis.
Methods: We profiled the expressions of 379 miRNAs in the plasma samples from patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) (n = 34) and non-malignant urological diseases as a control group (n = 32).
Background: Premature ejaculation (PE) is a sexual dysfunction causing female sexual dissatisfaction that eventually leads to poor quality of life in both partners.
Aims: To show the presence of depression, anxiety, sexual function disorders and their prevalence in spouses of males with PE living in Eastern Turkey.
Materials And Methods: Ninety male patients suffering from PE who referred to the andrology clinic between January 2016 and March 2017 and diagnosed with PE (Acquired Premature ejaculation) according to the DSM-IV criteria and their partners were included in the study.
The aim in this study is to evaluate predictive factors on sperm retrieval and pregnancy rates by microdissection testicular sperm extraction in non obstructive azoospermia patients with a history of orchidopexy operation. A total of 148 patients were included, and their medical files were evaluated. Data related to possible predictive factors on sperm retrieval and pregnancy rates such as age at orchidopexy operation, unilateral or bilateral presence of undescended testis before orchidopexy, testis volumes and hormone levels were statistically analysed.
