[Specific features of night acidity in patients with peptic duodenal ulcers and primary chronic gastroduodenitis].

The peculiarities of nightly acid formation in the patients with peptic ulcer (PU) and primary chronic gastroduodenitis (PCG) were examined with apparatus "Gastroskan-24", that has computer's program to evaluate the data of intragastric 24-hours pH measurement. 24 patients with PU and 36 patients with PCG were examined. The increase of nightly acid formation was higher in the patients with PU versus the patients with PCG.
