Dyke-Davidoff-Masson Syndrome (DDMS) is a rare clinical condition in which atrophy or hypoplasia of one cerebral hemisphere occurs secondary to brain insult during fetal or early childhood, which results in variable clinical manifestations like hemiparesis, seizures, expressive aphasia, and mental retardation.
