Stellar superflares are energetic outbursts of electromagnetic radiation that are similar to solar flares but release more energy, up to 10 erg on main-sequence stars. It is unknown whether the Sun can generate superflares and, if so, how often they might occur. A quantitative assessment of wound status in a murine model was developed using phasor plot presentation of fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) data. The quantitative assessment is based on calculating Bhattacharyya distance between g coordinates of FLIM data phasor plot density distributions of wound and healthy skin. The approach was validated for both diabetic and non-diabetic mice wounds, including during low-dose photodynamic therapy (LDPDT).

In this article, the impact of radiofrequency electromagnetic field (RF-EMF) exposure from a simulated base station for the 5G New Radio (5G NR) telecommunication on rats was studied. Aim: To evaluate the changes in blood pressure (BP), the severity of pain syndrome and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) use patterns in patients hospitalized for elective arthroplasty of large joints of the lower extremities during the postoperative period.

Materials And Methods: This study included 374 patients. In all patients, medical history, antihypertensive therapy and history of NSAIDs usage were collected, BP was measured, and the severity of pain was assessed via a 10-point scale before surgery, as well as 1 and 3 months after arthroplasty.
