The acute stroke is one of leading causes of mortality and disability both in Russia Federation and worldwide. The specialized vascular centers and units proved to be effective in improving diagnostics, treatment and functional outcome inpatients in various countries. The purpose of article is to evaluate efficacy of regional vascular center (RVC) in Tyumen.
