Background: Health literacy and healthy lifestyle behaviors are both pivotal elements for public health improvement. This meta-analysis aims to scrutinize studies investigating the nexus between health literacy and healthy lifestyle behaviors and to examine the correlation between health literacy and such behaviors.
Methods: Studies conducted from 2013 to 2023 exploring the association between health literacy and healthy lifestyle behaviors, as well as the impact of gender and chronic disease status on health literacy, were included.
Workplace sexual harassment represents a critical risk to contemporary organizations, with evidence indicating that its prevalence is increasing. Research has consistently demonstrated that workplace-sexual-harassment victimization exerts negative impacts on employees' health and wellbeing. However, no empirical studies have examined how these impacts vary by lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer (LGBTQ+) status.
