Iron not only influences the activity of anammox bacteria (AnAOB) but also participates in complex Fe-N cycles. In this study, the advanced N isotope tracing method was set up to quantify the potential rates of full nitrogen metabolic pathways under different ferrous iron (Fe and FeO) within two identical anammox granular reactors. The results indicated that both Fe and FeO enhanced AnAOB activity.

Understanding the tumor microenvironment (TME) and its regulators, such as the expression of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) regulators, may improve therapeutic outcomes. This study focuses on the role of IGF2BP2, an m6A reader, in modulating the BC TME.

Methods: Images of phase contrast MRV (PC-MRV, n=46) and contrast-enhanced MRV (CE-MRV, n=39) were independently assessed by four experienced neuroradiologists, including the adjacent sinus status, the peritumoral vessel count and diameter-associated parameters.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of medial opening low tibial osteotomy (LTO) on lower limb alignment, including the knee joint, 1 year after low tibial osteotomy.
Methods: This study included 20 legs of 20 patients (mean age, 66.8 ± 5.
