The third, stepped-wedge, cluster-randomized, Intensive Care Bundle with Blood Pressure Reduction in Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Trial (INTERACT3), has shown that a goal-directed multi-faceted Care Bundle incorporating protocols for the management of physiological variables was safe and effective for improving functional recovery in a broad range of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Effectiveness of conversion surgery in stage IV gastric cancer.

Background: For patients with stage IV gastric cancer (GC), systemic therapy is often the standard treatment, but the prognosis remains poor. Conversion surgery (CS) has emerged as a potential therapeutic option for selected patients who had certain response to chemotherapy. This study aims to compare the survival outcomes of CS versus continued chemotherapy (CT) in stage IV GC.

Construction of Cnts/calcined Zn-Co-LDHs hydrid to enhanced photocatalytic for ofloxacin decomposition: mechanism, degradation pathway, and toxicity assessment.

This work successfully synthesized the Cnts/calcined Zn-Co-LDHs (Cnts@ZnC) hybrid material using the Zn-Co-LDHs precursor. Using the co-precipitation method, we synthesized Zn-Co-LDHs onto Cnts ranging in mass from 0 to 80 mg. These were subsequently calcined at 550 °C to yield Cnts@ZnC ( = 2, 4, 6, 8).

Anticoagulation Patterns in Ischemic Stroke Patients with Atrial Fibrillation in Developing Country: Insights from the Stroke Registry in Vietnam.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of AF on ischemic stroke/transient ischemic attack (TIA) and clinical outcomes, as well as the utilization of oral anticoagulation (OAC) therapy in Vietnam. (2) Methods: Data from the Registry of Stroke Care Quality (RES-Q) across 66 hospitals in Vietnam between 2017 and 2023 were utilized.
