The proposed clinical classification of benign ENT tumors is based on division of anatomic regions (the ear, nose, pharynx, larynx) into sections and fragments and allows to assess the spread of any ENT tumor. Moreover, it agrees with TNM classification. The symbols "T" and R are used which denote four variants (T1-4) or R1-4 for the tumor and recurrence, respectively.

It is concluded that obsidane and sidnopharm were effective in the treatment of patients with exertion stenocardia in outpatients conditions. The patients continued to work. Obsidane treatment was most effective in patients with the hyperkinetic type of circulation, increased blood viscosity and hypercoagulation syndrome.

NOA patients are not a homogeneous population in relation to impairment of coronary circulation, clinical symptoms and prognosis. Early hospitalization and treatment of the disease result in more favourable hospital and long-term responses than in the overall population of coronary patients. Conservative and surgical treatment in them produce almost similar results as regards survival and incidence of acute myocardial infarction.

The authors examined 125 patients with initial forms of ischemic heart disease (duration of no more than 2 months). The examination comprised coronarography, ventriculography, 24-hour ECG monitoring, and bicycle ergometry. The patients were divided into two groups: group 1 consisted of 81 patients who received nonoperative treatment; group 2 was formed of 44 patients who underwent operation for aortocoronary shunting.
