Morphologic study of patent ductus arteriosus based on computed tomography data in 25 dogs.

Introduction: The objective of this study is to analyze the morphology and measurement dimensions of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) based on computed tomography images.

Methods: The present study retrospectively evaluated computed tomography angiography data from 25 client-owned dogs diagnosed with PDA. PDA was reconstructed based on the central axis and the minimum diameter, ampulla diameter, angle, ampulla cross-section area, and length values were measured at specific measurement sites.

However, little is known about how women receive this support from midwives across varying models of care.

Stretchable impedance electrode array with high durability for monitoring of cells under mechanical and chemical stimulations.

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) serves as a non-invasive technique for assessing cell status, while mechanical stretching plays a pivotal role in stimulating cells to emulate their natural environment. Integrating these two domains enables the concurrent application of mechanical stimulation and EIS in a stretchable cell culture system. However, challenges arise from the difficulty in creating a durable and stable stretchable impedance electrode array.
