Introduction: Moyamoya disease (MMD) is characterised by supraclinoid internal carotid artery (ICA) narrowing causing cerebral parenchyma to starve. Direct and indirect revascularisation techniques are the treatment norm. We provide a clinicoradiological comparison of single and double barrel superficial temporal artery to middle cerebral artery (STA-MCA) bypass for MMD.

The current study examined the immediate impact of practicing (KBH) on the electrical activity of the brain.
Methods: Thirty-six individuals who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and ranged in age from 18 to 25 were randomly assigned, 1:1, to the KBH ( = 18) and breath awareness (BAW) ( = 18) groups.
Background: Congenital myopathies (CMs) are a diverse group of inherited muscle disorders with broad genotypic and phenotypic heterogeneity. While the literature on CM is available from European countries, comprehensive data from the Indian subcontinent is lacking.
Objectives: This study aims to describe the clinical and histopathological characteristics of a cohort of genetically confirmed CMs from India and attempts to do phenotype-genotype correlation.
