Objective: Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of Prospect in the treatment of cognitive, behavioral and mental disorders in patients with vascular dementia (VSD).

Material And Methods: In a double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group randomised clinical trial, 406 patients aged 60-85 years old with a diagnosis of mild/moderate vascular dementia (10-24 on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)) and without signs of depression (Cornell Scale for Depression in Dementia (CSDD) scores ≤10) were included. At Visit 1, complaints and medical history were collected, vital signs were recorded, cognitive impairment was assessed using MMSE and MoCA, NPI-C and CSDD were completed, and an MRI brain scan was performed.

NASICON-type NaNbV(PO) electrode material synthesized by the Pechini sol-gel technique undergoes a reversible three-electron reaction in a Na-ion cell which corresponds to the Nb/Nb, Nb/Nb, and V/V redox processes and provides a reversible capacity of 180 mAh·g. The sodium insertion/extraction takes place in a narrow potential range at an average potential of 1.55 V versus Na/Na.

The neurophysiological correlates of certain types of cognitive impairment in relation to the spatial pattern of auditory cognitive evoked-related potentials (ERPs) in hypertensive persons remain unclear. The aim of this study was to determine the parameters of ERPs (N200, P300) in impaired different domains (visuospatial/executive and memory) of cognitive function in arterial hypertension, including cardiovascular ischemic events. A total of 46 patients (65-84 years) were observed.

The LiNiMnCoO Li-rich NMC positive electrode (cathode) for lithium-ion batteries has been coated with nanocrystals of the LiMnCoO high-voltage spinel cathode material. The coating was applied through a single-source precursor approach by a deposition of the molecular precursor LiMnCo(thd) (thd = 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionate) dissolved in diethyl ether, followed by thermal decomposition at 400 °C inair resulting in a chemically homogeneous cubic spinel. The structure and chemical composition of the coatings, deposited on the model SiO spheres and Li-rich NMC crystallites, were analyzed using powder X-ray diffraction, electron diffraction, high angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy (HAADF-STEM), and energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) mapping.
