[The surgical choice strategies in the treatment of femoral bone fractures in injured persons with combined trauma].

[Surgical treatment of fractures of long bones in a patient with multiple injuries].

The authors recommend application of the intramedullary and extracortical osteosynthesis methods while the trauma severity constituting less than 25 marks according to the ISS scale, the extracortical one--in 25-40 marks, and the external one--in more than 40 marks. Three patients died after the early conduction of osteosynthesis and 15--after the postponed one of the whole 315 operated injured persons with polytrauma. The miniinvasive extracortical osteosynthesis using the minimal contact plates, the intramedullary osteosynthesis using the rods with the hightened rotational stability and the external osteosynthesis using pivotal apparatuses were applied for the long bones fractures treatment.

[The use of osteosynthesis in fractures of acetabular fossa].

The experience of operative treatment of 56 injured persons with the acetabular fossa fracture was summarized. The intraarticulational fracture with the fragments shift in more than 3 mm is an indication for the operation conduction. An optimal terms are the fourth-seventh days.

[Osteosynthesis in injury to the pelvic girdle].

The pelvic bones osteosynthesis was conducted in 94 patients. While planning the treatment the author have used the pelvic injuries classification of AO. The plates, screws, the external fixation apparatus, the method of 8-figure wire circlage were used for osteosynthesis.
