Objective This study aims to identify the risk factors associated with postoperative complications following standard percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for better results with the emergence of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL)/retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) in recent years. Methodology This retrospective study was conducted in the Department of Urology, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, tertiary health care center in Chennai, India, from January 2018 to December 2023. Records of demographic information, along with clinical presentations like any urinary tract infection (UTI), hematuria, or loin pain were recorded.

Despite its historically high case fatality rate, prompt and accurate diagnosis combined with a multidisciplinary treatment approach has been shown to significantly improve patient outcomes. This case series discusses three patients with diverse presentations of WS, each managed with tailored therapeutic strategies involving a combination of conservative management, super selective renal artery embolization, and surgical interventions such as nephrectomy.

The design and development of the cost-effective OER/HER bifunctional electrocatalysts with superior catalytic activity are still remaining as the big challenges. Herein, we have developed the CuO-ZnO nanocomposite as a bifunctional OER/HER electrocatalyst via simple chemical precipitation method.

In this research, dual donor group modified zinc porphyrin dyes, have been synthesized for DSSCs. The complexes of zinc porphyrin functioned as acceptor or attaching groups within each mesophenyl ring and carboxylic acid.
