The aim of the study was to determine the basic dermatoscopic principles for diagnosis of nonpigmented basal cell carcinoma in young patients, to analyze the volume of preoperative high-resolution ultrasound, to compare indicators and to justify the expediency of using a double diagnostic test "Dermatoscopy + ultrasound" to determine the indications for surgery.
