[WORKING CONDITIONS AND STATE OF HEALTH OF TBILISI SUBWAY EMPLOYEES].

For the purpose of preventive events complex hygienic, clinical-functional, laboratory and biostatic researches are implemented on the basis of Tbilisi Subway. Conditions of work are characterized by complex of unfavorable factors of the working environment and the labor process. Working environment is characterized by combination of unfavorable state of physical factors and air pollution with dust and toxic substances.

[Peculiarities of health condition of Tbilisi metro workers accordind to age and length of service].

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the influence of professional factors on health condition of Tbilisi metro workers. Working conditions were analyzed; paraclinic study was conducted; health status according to age and length of service was investigated. It was found that age and length of service affects the health condition of the worker; cardiovascular and nervous system diseases are the most frequent.

[Health of Tbilisi underground metro workers under modern social and economic conditions in Georgia].

The aim of the research was to study the health of Tbilisi underground metro workers under modern social-economic conditions in Georgia. Occupational pathology of the cardiovascular, digestive systems, psycho-emotional state, osteo-articular apparatus were found statistically significant among the basic group workers, more frequently in comparing with a control group without professional contact to major harmful factors (vibration, noise, meteorological conditions, air pollution environment with dust and toxic gases p<0.001).
