New medicinal forms of immunobiological preparations--human lekocytic interferon and bactisporin--have been developed for local application in dentistry, surgery, gynecology. As the basis for these preparations, the pharmacopeial collagen solution has been used. The results obtained in this investigation indicate that the preparations are safe and possess wound-healing properties.

The application of new materials significantly accelerated the healing of model wounds.

The levels of the peptides with a molecular mass of 300-5000 D have been found to correlate with the severity of the kidney involvement. A rapid method for measuring the concentrations of these peptides has been developed, based on the precipitation of the blood serum high-molecular peptides followed by measurement of the concentration of the peptides remaining in the supernatant with the use of a specific reagent.
