This study aimed to investigate the effects of exosomes derived from canine bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (cBMSCs-Exos) on the expression of inflammatory factors and genes related cartilage matrix metabolism in IL-1β-induced canine chondrocytes. Population aging presents a growing societal challenge and imposes a heavy burden on the healthcare system in many Asian countries. Given the limited availability of formal long-term care (LTC) facilities and personnel, family caregivers play a vital role in providing care for the increasing population of older adults. Methods: Data were obtained from the 2020 wave follow-up examination of an ongoing prospective cohort study (COHERENCE project) in Guangzhou, China.
