[The effect of hypergravity on antioxidant enzymes in rat tissues and blood].

The influence of hypergravity (5, 8, 12 N.m2/kg2 for 15 min) on the activity of the antioxidant enzyme catalase and superoxide dismutase has been investigated in the blood, brain and liver tissues of rats in 15, 30, 60 min., and in 1, 3, 7 days after loading.

[Effect of hypergravity on the oxidative-antioxidative status of rats].

The adaptogenic and antioxidant properties of new Ukrainian plant drug "Poliphytolum" was investigated on the model of stress, which was caused of hypergravitation 2 and 5 N.m2/kg2 action. It was established that hypergravitation makes typical stressory disturbances in oxidative homeostasis.
