The efficacy of magnetic-laser therapy used according to the method developed by us was studied in patients having the brain concussion (BC) in an acute period. The study was based on the dynamics of values of the evoked vestibular potentials and the disease clinical course. It was shown that following the magnetic-laser therapy in combination with traditional pharmacotherapy in BC acute period, the statistically significant positive changes were registered in the quantitative characteristics of the evoked vestibular brain potentials that correlated with the dynamics of the disease clinical course.

The influence of magnitolaser radiation on the striated acetylcholinergic neurons was tested on the tissue culture derived from a newborn rat's brain. After 5 days of cultivation of brain cells, the authors carried out 10 everyday sessions using a magnitolaser "KMILTA" with infrared radiation. It was established on the bases of obtained results that AchE activity reliably increases in 1,3-fold compared with the control group.

The authors presented in the article the survey of literature data and own observations on the influence of the most practiced therapeutic physical factors (electrical, ultrasound and light) on red blood cell membrane. Low intensive laser makes an impact on protein-lipid interactions in membranes of red blood cells, has antioxidant effect and improves the function of red blood cells. It proves the use of laser irradiation in the treatment of different diseases.
