We applied the bidirectional reflectance distribution function (BRDF) model consisting of diffuse, quasi-specular, and glossy components to the Monte Carlo modeling of spectral effective emissivities for nonisothermal cavities. A method for extension of a monochromatic three-component (3C) BRDF model to a continuous spectral range is proposed. The initial data for this method are the BRDFs measured in the plane of incidence at a single wavelength and several incidence angles and directional-hemispherical reflectance measured at one incidence angle within a finite spectral range.

In work it is investigated influences of pulse categories on a metabolism of not purebred rats in dynamics. Research spent to the first day, through six, in twelve day after influence. It is shown, that category crown 5 of impulses and spark's category 100 of impulses, cause increase oxidations lipids for the sixth day and decrease oxidations lipids in plasma of blood and erythrocytes by twelfth day after influence.

The paper discusses the problems of purification of Provachek's rickettsias used to prepare typhus vaccines and diagnostic kits. The currently available agents contain many admixtures of rickettsias products, more commonly yolk and chick embryo yolk sack cell detritus, which make it impossible to determine the true antigenic properties of rickettsias in the context of protection and diagnosis. By applying the well-known principle of distribution of biological particles in the two-phase systems of water soluble polymers, investigations were made to examine the distribution of rickettsias and their infected biological mass in the system: polyethylene glycol-6600, sodium-500 dextran sulfate, potassium phosphate, sodium chloride in order to prepare agents of pure rickettsias.

The quality and standards of albumin solutions (5, 10 and 20%) made in this country meet the requirements of national specification documentation. This, however, lacks some standards included into European Pharmacopoeia and mandatory for foreign manufacturers (Na and K ions, hemipigments, polymers, thermostability). The comparative tests of the albumin solutions made in Russia and abroad by conventional European standards showed that Russian solutions by some parameters are inferior to foreign samples.
