The changes of visual, acoustic and cognitive evoked potentials of brain in 78 elderly patients were studied. Chronic ischemia of the heart and the brain with clinical signs of mild cognitive impairment was present in all patients. Distinct pathomorphologycal sings of structure disorders in brain were absent, and this fact was confirmed with the help of neuroimaging investigations.

The article gives experimental data proving the usage of the method of bloodless reduction of gastric secretion through endoscope in case of peptic ulcer. Pricking around the secretory zones of the stomach with hypertonic glucose solution conducted on 35 mongrel dogs led to a stable reduction of acid producing function of the stomach. Morphological changes of the stomach mucous membrane were mainly expressed in the atrophy of glands.

Meanwhile cis-dichlorodiamine platinum (II) (DDP) as well as sarcolysine showed such inhibition. Copper (II) complexes with alpha-amino acids displayed as significant superoxide dismutase-like activity at concentrations corresponding to therapeutic doses of these compounds.

Vitamin D deficiency leads to hypocalcemia, retardation of callus mineralization, and drastic demineralization of the intact thighbone thus pointing to pathological enhancement of skeleton resorption as the main source of calcium required for covering bodily requirements. Like vitamin D2 in a dose of 0.

The transformation of inosine into 5'-inosine acid by Pseudomonas trifolii cells was studied. The synthesis of 5'-inosine acid can be performed by both live intact and dry cells. The effectiveness of inosine phosphorylation depends on the ratio of the inosine and phosphate donor concentrations and the amount of cells.
