Aim: Study the effect of single nucleotide polymorphism genes TP53 (rs1042522, rs1800371), CDKN2A (rs3731217, rs3088440) and MDM2 (rs2279744) on the risk of development of color- ectal cancer (CRC) in population of Perm Region.

Materials And Methods: Case group con- sisted of 198 patients with histologically verified CRC, control group - 205 individuals with CRC excluded by results of colonoscopy. DNA genotyping, obtained from leukocytes of venous blood ofthe studied individuals; was carried out by PCRwith electrophoretic detection of results.

The authors demonstrate that work conditions for main occupations of sylvinite ore-dressing production (drying machine operator, granulation operator, drying and granulation dosage department operator, centrifuge operator, filtration operator, transporting machine operator in drying and granulation department, mill operator) are characterized by combined exposure to chemical and physical occupational hazards: formaldehyde, highly dispersed dust (PM,0), industrial noise, increased microclimate parameters. The work conditions are considered as hazardous (class 3.1, 3.

Self-assembly of nanostructures on surfaces is a promising area in the emerging field of "bottom-up nanolithography". We describe a systematic analysis of hydrophobically capped gold nanoparticle (Au NP) assemblies created within monolayers of saturated phospholipids deposited at the air/water interface. We show that the Au NPs are segregated within the mixed monolayers, forming distinct configurations.
