We generated an RNA-aware, RBP-centric PPI map across the mRNA life cycle in human cells by immunopurification-mass spectrometry (IP-MS) of ∼100 endogenous RBPs with and without RNase, augmented by size exclusion chromatography-mass spectrometry (SEC-MS).
