NASA envisions a future where humans establish a thriving colony on the Moon by 2050. Plants will be essential for this endeavor, but little is known about their adaptation to extraterrestrial bodies. The capacity to grow plants in lunar regolith would represent a major step towards this goal by minimizing the reliance on resources transported from Earth.

Unilesional plantar mycosis fungoides treated with topical photodynamic therapy - case report and review of the literature.

Background: Unilesional mycosis fungoides (UMF) and pagetoid reticulosis (PR) are variants of mycosis fungoides. Conventional therapy comprises surgical excision or radiotherapy, which may be associated with long-term side effects, especially when the lesion is located at a special site like the palms and soles. Therefore, alternative treatment options are needed to treat solitary lesions in the case of UMF or PR.

Porokeratotic adnexal ostial naevus: review on the entity and therapeutic approach.

Background: Porokeratotic adnexal ostial nevus (PAON) is a term that encompass porokeratotic eccrine ostial and dermal duct naevus and porokeratotic eccrine and hair follicle naevus. PAON is a rare adnexal hamartoma characterized by the presence of a cornoid lamella exclusively overlying eccrine acrosyringia or over both, eccrine acrosyringia and hair follicles.

Objectives: Most of the articles on PAON report its clinical or histopathological characteristics but literature review offer scarce data on the evolution or treatment.

Necrotizing infundibular crystalline folliculitis: a clinicopathological study.

Background: Necrotizing infundibular crystalline folliculitis (NICF) is a folliculocentric disorder associated with filamentous crystalline deposits, enclosed by parakeratotic columns within the partly necrotic follicular ostium and infundibulum. There are only very few data published about this disorder of unknown origin.

Objective: We sought to determine the clinicopathological features and pathogenetic aspects of NICF.
